Job Description

Homecare Nurse – Portea Medical Location:Kolkata | Shift: 12 hrs- 24hrs | Type: Full-time

Role: Provide safe, compassionate nursing care at patients’ homes and coordinate with doctors/ops for smooth service.

Responsibilities

  • Vitals, medication admin, IV/IM, wound & dressing care
  • Catheter/NG/PEG care, trach/suction, oxygen/nebulization
  • Post-op & chronic care (diabetes, HTN, COPD, stroke rehab)
  • Patient/family education, app-based documentation, timely escalation

Requirements

  • GNM/B.Sc. Nursing with valid State Nursing Council registration
  • Clinical experience
  • Basic digital skills & strong communication
