Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR & Admin Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations along with talent acquisition responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in payroll, conflict resolution, talent sourcing, onboarding, HR policies, interviewing, job portals, and salary negotiation, ensuring smooth HR processes and timely hiring closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and offer rollout through various job portals and references.
- Handle payroll processing, attendance coordination, leave records, and employee data management in compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, joining formalities, and documentation verification for smooth new hire integration.
- Address employee grievances, support conflict resolution, and ensure a positive workplace environment.
- Implement and monitor HR policies, SOPs, disciplinary procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain employee records, MIS reports, recruitment trackers, and HR documentation for audit and management review.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning, job descriptions, interview scheduling, and hiring timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in HR operations and recruitment, preferably in manufacturing, EPC, infrastructure, or corporate environments.
- Strong hands-on experience in payroll processing and HR operations.
- Expertise in talent sourcing, interviewing, and recruitment through job portals.
- Good understanding of employee onboarding and HR policy implementation.
- Strong conflict resolution, grievance handling, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MIS reporting, Excel, HR trackers, and documentation management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination abilities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per mont
