HR Executive

We have an urgent vacancy for HR Recruiter in our organization.

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.

HR Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks. If you have experience with various job interview formats, including phone screenings , and can help us recruit faster and more effectively, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE :

Must be a graduate

Must have excellent communication in English

Must have have experience using basic excel

Must be smart & presentable as he or she will be required to interact with the management

Must have minimum of 1 year experience in end to end recruitment.

JOB DETAILS :

SHIFT TIMING : 8am to 5pm | Monday to Friday

8am to 1pm | Saturdays.

Either home pick up or TA will be provided.

JOB LOCATION : 8th floor, Salt Lake Electronics Complex, Megatherm Building, Salt lake, GP Block, Sector V, Bidhannagar, Kolkata, West Bengal 700091

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
