HR Manager

• Human Resources (HR)Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle

• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports
• Manage budgets, resources, and cost control measures
• Coordinate with different departments to streamline workflows
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and regulations
• Identify and implement process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in HR and Operations roles
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and operational processes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
