Job Description
Department: Human Resources (HR)
Industry: Insurance
- Key Responsibilities:Source and recruit candidates for various insurance roles such as Insurance Advisors, Relationship Managers, Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Branch Managers.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Explain job roles, compensation structures, and career opportunities to candidates.
- Maintain a database of candidates and track recruitment progress.
- Use job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels to attract talent.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure timely joining and onboarding of selected candidates.
- Maintain recruitment reports, MIS, and hiring records.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
