Job Description:

One Diagnostics is looking for a dynamic and responsible HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee coordination, and HR administration. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic HR knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule interviews

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation

• Manage attendance and basic payroll coordination

• Coordinate with different departments for staffing needs

• Handle joining formalities and employee onboarding

• Support daily HR operations and office administration

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field

• 6 MONTH –1 years experience in HR or recruitment

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and email communication

• Experience in hiring for healthcare/diagnostics will be preferred
