Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking

* Handle International clients (US/UK shifts)

* Understand client requirements and present suitable SaaS solutions

* Conduct product demos and explain features, benefits, and pricing

* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

* Collaborate with marketing and product teams for lead conversion strategies

* Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Good spoken and written English (mandatory for client interaction)

* Basic understanding of SaaS products and cloud-based solutions

* Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment

* Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Preferred Skills

* Prior Experience in International Voice Process / Inside Sales / IT Sales / EdTech Sales

* Knowledge of B2B sales processes

* Experience in handling international clients

* Understanding of sales funnels and lead nurturing
