About the RoleRay & Associates is looking for motivated and customer-focused Insurance Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in insurance sales or servicing and be capable of building strong customer relationships while achieving business targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and acquire new insurance customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and policy discussions.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.
• Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams for policy issuance.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely service and support.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Support policy renewals and cross-selling opportunities.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 1 year of relevant experience in Insurance, BFSI, Banking, Financial Products, or Sales.
• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Basic knowledge of insurance products and sales processes.
