Job SummaryThe Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day interior fit-out activities at project sites, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards and approved drawings.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily interior fit-out activities, including civil, carpentry, gypsum, painting, flooring, ceiling, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, designers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage site manpower, material usage, and equipment effectively.
• Verify measurements and quantities for billing and procurement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
• Coordinate material deliveries and maintain inventory records.
• Attend client and consultant meetings as required.
• Resolve on-site technical issues and coordinate design changes with the project team.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and site cleanliness.
• Required QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2–8 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction site supervision.
• Experience in commercial, residential, retail, or office interior projects is preferred.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of interior finishing works and construction methods.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of quality control and safety practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage.
