Job Description
📌 Position: Customer Support Executive – International Voice (Inbound) / Chat Process
- ✅ Eligibility CriteriaMinimum Qualification: 10+2 (HSC) or above
- Graduates and undergraduates are welcome
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory:
- Must be comfortable working in rotational night shifts
- Voice Process: Strong verbal communication skills
- Chat Process: Strong written communication and typing skills
💰 Salary & Benefits :
International Voice Process CTC: ₹27,000 per month & In-Hand Salary: ₹24,000 per month
International Chat Process : CTC: ₹22,000 per month & In-Hand Salary: ₹19,000 per month
🕒 Work Schedule
5 Days Working
- 2 Rotational Weekly Offs
- International Night Shift
- Operational Window: 4:00 PM to 11:00 AM
- Any 9-hour shift within the operational window
- 🎓 Training: Paid training conducted during daytime hours
- 🚖 Cab Facility Available during odd hours (11:00 PM to 5:00 AM)
- Either Pick-up or Drop facility provided
💼 Key Responsibilities:
(International Voice Process)
- Handle inbound calls from international customers professionally.
- Understand customer concerns and provide prompt and accurate resolutions.
- Assist customers with product, service, account, and order-related queries.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience during every interaction.
Chat Process
- Assist international customers through live chat support.
- Resolve customer queries accurately and professionally.
- Maintain high response quality and customer satisfaction.
