Position: Outbound International Sales Executive

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year of Experience in International Sales Process

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Outbound International Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling international sales processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships. Candidates must be confident in handling outbound sales calls and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound sales calls to international clients and prospects

• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions

• Close sales deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

• Maintain proper follow-ups with potential customers to maximize conversions

• Update sales records, maintain reports, and ensure smooth coordination with internal teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Sales Process

• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills

• Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities

• Comfortable working in Night Shift

• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting will be an added advantage

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: Depends on Last Drawn Salary + Attractive Incentives, 40 paid leave,

📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)

🛌 Week Offs: 2 Fixed Week Offs

🌙 Shift: Night Shift
