Job Description
Adeeba Tours & Travels is hiring candidates with minimum 1 year experience in International and domestic Holiday Package sales / Operations.
Location : 89A, Shakespeare Sarani, Park Circus, Park Street area, Kolkata, West Bengal 700017
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and assist customers with holiday packages
- Convert leads into confirmed sales and provide suitable travel solutions
- Manage bookings, itineraries, and coordination with operations team
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and ensure high satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Travel/Holiday Package sales Domain or Operations
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Experienced with inbound international and Domestic Calls from Tourist

- Day Shift (10 AM – 7 PM)
- 6 days working (Sunday off)
