Inventory Controller

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Controller to manage Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), stock records, and daily inventory operations. The ideal candidate should ensure accurate inventory documentation, maintain stock records, and coordinate with the warehouse and purchase teams to ensure smooth material movement.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for all incoming materials.
• Verify received materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
• Update stock entries in ERP/Excel/software on a daily basis.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Perform stock reconciliation and assist in periodic physical stock verification.
• Report stock shortages, damages, and discrepancies to management.
• Coordinate with the Purchase, Warehouse, and Accounts teams for inventory-related documentation.
• Maintain proper filing of GRNs, inward/outward registers, and inventory reports.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and adherence to company procedures.

• Required Skills
• Basic knowledge of inventory and warehouse operations.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
• Experience with ERP or inventory software will be an advantage.
• Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Qualification

• Graduate or Diploma in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or any relevant field.
• Freshers with strong computer knowledge are encouraged to apply.
