Job Description
We're looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to own day-to-day bookkeeping and statutory filings under the guidance of management. This is a hands-on role with real ownership — ideal for someone who is precise, organised, and comfortable with computers and compliance work.
What you'll do
- Record and maintain daily transactions in our ERP — sales, purchases, cash, and bank.
- Prepare and assist with statutory filings: GST (GSTR-1, 3B), TDS, PF, ESI, and professional tax.
- Carry out bank reconciliations and maintain ledgers, petty cash, and AR/AP follow-ups.
- Support payroll, month-end entries, and inventory reconciliation.
- Keep records audit-ready and organised.
What we're looking for
- B.Com graduate (or pursuing CA/CMA inter — welcome).
- 1–3 years in accounts; manufacturing or audit-firm exposure is a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally / any ERP and MS Excel.
- Hands-on familiarity with GST, TDS and payroll filings — able to handle most filings with limited supervision.
- Accurate, detail-oriented, and dependable with deadlines.
