Job Description

  • Assist in architectural design development and preparation of working drawings

• Prepare design presentations and client-ready drawings

• Participate in client meetings and assist in consultant coordination

• Draft and develop drawings using AutoCAD

• Assist in construction detailing and execution drawings

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants

• Ensure compliance with basic building regulations and local bye-laws

• Support drawing revisions and project documentation as required



Required Skills & Software Proficiency

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)

• Working knowledge of SketchUp / Lumion / Photoshop preferred

• Good understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, and presentation techniques
