Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Architect/Interior Designer to join our design team. This role is ideal for a fresher or a professional with up to 1 year of experience who is looking to build a strong foundation in technical drawing, site documentation, and project execution. You will work closely with senior designers to translate concepts into precise technical realities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Furniture Layouts: Designing functional and aesthetic space plans and furniture arrangements based on project briefs.
2D Drafting: Creating detailed Elevations and architectural sections to communicate design intent.
Technical Drawings: Preparing comprehensive Electrical Drawings, including light point layouts, switchboard positions, and conduit routing.
Documentation: Assisting in the preparation of BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and specification sheets.
Coordination: Ensuring all drawings are accurate and ready for on-site execution.
SOFT SKILLS
Attention to Detail: Precision in measurements and annotations is non-negotiable.
Time Management: Ability to meet drawing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to Learn: A proactive attitude toward learning new construction techniques and materials.
