Job Description

Requirements:

• Must have LLB or LLM degree.

• Must be enrolled with Bar Council of India.

• Experience in legal research, drafting, and negotiation.

• Strong verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments efficiently.

• Proficient in legal research databases and Microsoft Office tools.


Key Responsibilities:

• Handle legal research, drafting of notices, petitions, and agreements.

• Manage correspondence and negotiations with banks, police stations, and courts.

• Collect case details and follow up on matters with authorities.

• Visit police stations/courts in different states when required (all expenses borne by company).

• File petitions in High Court as needed.

• Manage day-to-day office operations, maintain legal records, coordinate meetings, and handle administrative tasks.
