Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Life Insurance Advisors to join our team. Freshers are welcome to apply. The role involves identifying customer insurance needs, recommending suitable life insurance plans, and assisting clients throughout the policy purchase and renewal process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell life insurance policies to individual customers.
• Understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Generate leads through referrals, networking, and customer interactions.
• Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, and claim procedures.
• Assist customers with documentation, policy issuance, and renewals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: 12th Pass
• Experience: Freshers can apply
• English: No English Required
• Preferred Industry: Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI)
• Basic knowledge of life insurance products is preferred.
