Job Description: Loan Telecaller

Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven and customer-oriented Loan Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our diverse loan products, and guiding them through the initial stages of the loan application process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a strong track record of meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases to introduce loan products (Personal, Business, Home, etc.).
• Customer Consultation: Understand customer requirements, assess their financial needs, and recommend appropriate loan products.
• Product Explanation: Clearly explain loan features, interest rates, processing fees, repayment terms, and documentation requirements.
• Lead Conversion: Convert potential leads into interested applicants and schedule follow-ups or coordinate with the field sales/underwriting team.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, customer interactions, and lead statuses in the CRM system.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales conversion targets.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma / Graduate in any stream.
• Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service (preferably in banking, NBFCs, or financial services). Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
• Communication: Fluent in regional languages and Hindi/English, with a polite and convincing telephone etiquette.
• Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, active listening, and basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software).
• Attributes: High energy, resilience to handle rejections, and a target-driven mindset
