Job Description

Management Trainee – Business Development

Location: Rajarhat, Kolkata


Provision Technologies LLP is looking for young, energetic, and ambitious candidates who want to build a career in Corporate Sales and Business Development.

This is a structured trainee opportunity in the IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Managed Services industry. Selected candidates will receive hands-on exposure to customer communication, corporate sales processes, business development activities, and professional business practices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Customer calling and follow-ups
  • Lead generation and business development activities
  • Customer meeting coordination
  • Market visits and customer interaction
  • CRM and customer database management
  • Webinar and event coordination
  • Coordination with internal teams, OEMs, and distributors


Candidate Profile

  • Fresh graduates or final-year students
  • Good communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi
  • Confident, disciplined, and professional
  • Comfortable with customer interaction, field visits, and sales-oriented activities
  • Willing to learn and build a long-term career in corporate sales


Preferred Qualification

  • BBA
  • B.Com
  • BCA
  • Business Studies
  • Management
  • Marketing
  • Any Graduate with strong communication skills

  • This is a customer-facing corporate sales role.
  • Candidates looking for software development, technical support, networking, cybersecurity operations, back-office, or work-from-home opportunities should not apply.
