Job Description

Post : Manager HR/ Personnel 

Age : 35 Yrs to 45 Yrs

CTC per annum : 7.50 L to 10.00 L

Skills : 

Should have experience and must be conversant with :

1. Statutory obligations and compliances.

2. Issues relating to Industrial Dispute and Dispute resolution.

3. Tabulation and monitoring of issues relating to workers entitlements.

4. Negotiation with Trade Unions.

5. Factory Act etc


Graduate /Post Graduate, Candidates should be well proficient in English (both spoken & written) & must be capable of drafting communication and preparing reports and updates. Must also have ability to comprehend & respond to routine queries, industry circulars.


Candidates from tea industry back ground will have added advantage.
