We’re Hiring: Marketing & Content Executive (Lighting & Design)

I’m building a luxury lighting brand and looking for a young, creative, and driven individual to handle our digital presence end-to-end.

This is not a typical “desk job” — you’ll be actively involved in shoots, content creation, and building a brand from the ground up.

What you’ll be working on:

• Managing Instagram & LinkedIn (posts, reels, stories)

• Planning and executing photoshoots (site + product)

• Creating reels and visual content

• Running and optimizing Meta (Instagram/Facebook) Ads

• Managing Google Ads

• Designing creatives (basic understanding required)

• Building a consistent premium brand presence

Who I’m looking for:

• Someone young, energetic, and proactive

• Strong sense of aesthetics (very important for design/lighting)

• Comfortable with reels, editing, and content tools

• Basic understanding of ads (Meta & Google)

• Willing to learn, experiment, and take ownership

Bonus if you:

• Have worked with design/interior/architecture brands

• Understand visual storytelling

• Can handle shoots independently
