Job Title: Marketing Executive – Real Estate (Vendor Management)

Job Summary:
We at The Teachief Academy, are looking for a proactive and reliable Marketing Executive to manage vendor relationships and support real estate operations through property sourcing and listing management. The role focuses on onboarding property owners, handling both sale and rental listings, and promoting properties through digital platforms. This is a field-intensive role requiring frequent travel across the city.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and onboard property owners (vendors) for both sale and rental listings
● Generate and maintain a steady pipeline of verified property inventory
● Conduct field visits to source, verify, and update property details
● Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and maintain strong relationships
● Coordinate with vendors for pricing, documentation, availability, and listing updates
● Ensure all listings (sale & rental) are accurate, complete, and up-to-date
● Promote property listings on company website and social media platforms
● Work closely with internal teams to ensure listings are properly published and marketed
● Negotiate pricing and terms with property owners when required
● Track and manage vendor database and listing records
● Gather market insights and competitor trends through vendor interactions
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
● 1–3 years of experience in real estate vendoring, listing, or field roles preferred
● Strong communication and negotiation skills
● Experience or willingness to generate sale & rental listings and manage vendors
● Basic understanding of digital platforms and social media promotion
● Willingness to travel extensively within the city
● Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and valid driving license
● Trustworthy, responsible, and professional in handling vendor relationships
● Good networking and relationship-building abilities
● Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools is a plus
● Self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented
