Job Opening – Marketing & Sales Manager (International Operations)

 Location: Brazil & South Africa

We are looking for dynamic, result-driven, and responsible professionals to join our international team for operations in Brazil and South Africa. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in marketing, sales, stock management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to expand business in the assigned region.
• Identify new market opportunities and generate business leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
• Manage inventory/stocks efficiently and ensure smooth supply chain coordination.
• Monitor stock movement, replenishment, and reporting.
• Lead, supervise, and manage the local team for operational efficiency.
• Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Prepare regular market analysis, sales reports, and business performance updates.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Sales & Marketing (preferred in retail, fashion, FMCG, or related sectors).
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of stock handling and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to adapt to international business environments.
• Willingness to relocate and work overseas.

Compensation & Benefits:

 Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Contract Duration:

• Minimum commitment: 1.5 years (18 months)
• Extension based on performance and mutual agreement
