Medical Representative (MR)

The Medical Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, schools, and healthcare professionals to generate referrals for audiology, speech therapy, occupational therapy, hearing aids, and rehabilitation services. The role requires regular field visits, promotional activities, and achievement of monthly referral and revenue targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit ENT specialists, Pediatricians, Neurologists, Psychiatrists, General Physicians, Oncologists, Neurosurgeons, and other healthcare professionals regularly.
• Promote the clinic's services, including:
• Hearing Assessment
• Hearing Aid Solutions
• Speech & Language Therapy
• Swallow Therapy
• Occupational Therapy
• Special Education
• Vestibular Assessment (VNG/ENG, VEMP, etc.)
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, hospitals, nursing homes, diagnostic centers, and NGOs.
• Generate new patient referrals and strengthen existing referral networks.
• Conduct awareness programs, hearing screening camps, school screening camps, and community outreach activities.
• Coordinate with the clinic team regarding appointments and referred patients.
• Maintain daily call reports, visit reports, and referral records.
• Collect market intelligence regarding competitors and referral trends.
• Achieve monthly visit, referral, and revenue targets.
• Ensure timely follow-up with doctors and referral sources.
• Represent the clinic professionally and ethically at all times.
