- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain MEP BIM models using Revit and other BIM software.
- Create detailed Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing system models based on design drawings and specifications.
- Prepare BIM models at various Levels of Development (LOD 200, 300, 350, and 400) as per project requirements.
- Generate construction drawings, shop drawings, sections, schedules, and quantity take-offs.
- Participate in multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection using BIM tools.
- Review design documents and ensure compliance with project standards and BIM execution plans.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP design teams.
- Update models based on design revisions and client comments.
- Maintain model quality, accuracy, and adherence to BIM standards.
- Support BIM coordination meetings and issue resolution processes
