Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven MICE Sales Manager to lead and grow our Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) segment.
The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, secure corporate accounts, and build strong client relationships within the tourism industry.
· Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute MICE sales strategies
Generate new corporate business and maintain key accounts
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
Achieve revenue targets
Coordinate with operations to ensure successful event delivery
· Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business
3–5 years’ experience in MICE or corporate sales
Proven sales track record
Strong communication and negotiation skills
