Senior Mobile & Electronics Repair Technician

We are looking for a skilled, honest, and experienced Mobile & Electronics Repair Technician to join our team. The candidate should be capable of independently diagnosing, repairing, testing, and servicing smartphones, iPhones, laptops, tablets, gaming consoles, smartwatches, earphones, speakers, chargers, and other electronic devices while delivering excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in smartphones, iPhones, tablets, iPads, laptops, MacBooks, gaming consoles, smartwatches, earbuds, neckbands, Bluetooth speakers, chargers, charging cables, and other electronic accessories.
• Replace displays, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, microphones, back glass, buttons, flex cables, and other faulty components.
• Repair charging circuits, damaged chargers, charging cables, USB cables, and other compatible electronic accessories where feasible.
• Diagnose battery issues and replace phone batteries safely.
• Perform motherboard-level troubleshooting and repairs (preferred).
• Activate new phones and devices.
• Install software, firmware updates, and applications.
• Create Apple IDs, Google accounts, and email accounts.
• Perform Android flashing, software restoration, unlocking (where legally authorized), and troubleshooting using professional service tools.
• Guide customers through official Apple ID recovery, Activation Lock, and authorized Apple service centre procedures.
• Transfer customer data, remove malware, clean storage, optimize performance, and troubleshoot software issues.
• Thoroughly inspect used devices before purchase and identify hidden hardware, software, cosmetic, and functional defects.
• Check battery health, IMEI, Face ID, Touch ID, True Tone, cameras, display originality, network functionality, and other important device features.
• Estimate repair costs and resale value accurately.
• Negotiate purchase prices with customers.
• Handle customer pickups for buyback services such as Cashify and similar platforms.
• Sell mobile phones, accessories, and repair services at the counter.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Apply tempered glass, screen protectors, hydrogel films, skins, back membranes, camera lens protectors, phone covers, charger protectors, cable protectors, and similar accessories.
• Deliver products and repaired devices when required.
• Purchase spare parts, repair equipment, accessories, and shop supplies as required.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding repair parts and inventory.
• Maintain repair tools, diagnostic equipment, and workshop cleanliness.
• Maintain records of repairs, replaced parts, warranties, and customer jobs.
• Assist in creating social media reels and videos showcasing repairs and products.

Requirements

• Minimum Education: 12th Pass.
• Relevant experience in mobile and electronics repair is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Android and iPhone hardware and software.
• Experience repairing laptops, tablets, gaming consoles, smartwatches, and accessories is preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple repair jobs efficiently.
• Two-wheeler riding skills are preferred.

Timing:10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
