Job Summary:
Techflow Refurb Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mobile Technician to handle diagnosis, repair, and refurbishment of smartphones. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in repairing mobile hardware and basic software troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose faults in smartphones (Android & iOS devices)
- Perform hardware repairs such as Display replacement, Battery replacement, Charging port repair, Camera, speaker, mic issues
- Handle software troubleshooting including: OS installation / updates, Flashing and unlocking devices
- Ensure proper testing of devices after repair
- Maintain quality standards in refurbishment process
- Manage spare parts inventory and tools responsibly
- Maintain records of repairs and daily work reports
- Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of smartphone hardware components
- Basic understanding of mobile software and OS
- Hands-on experience in mobile repairing tools
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
- Attention to detail and quality focus
