Job Description: MERN Stack Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer to design, implement, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications. You will work within a dynamic team to create seamless end-to-end solutions, collaborating with frontend, backend, and UX designers to deliver high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development: Build end-to-end web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• API Development: Design and implement secure, robust RESTful APIs for frontend-backend communication.
• Frontend Development: Create responsive, interactive UIs with React.js, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Database Management: Design, create, and manage MongoDB database schemas (indexing, query optimization).
• Optimization & Debugging: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams using Git for version control and Jira for project tracking.
• Security & Deployment: Implement data protection measures and deploy applications to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Core MERN Stack: Proven experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Database Knowledge: Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB) and creating efficient queries.
• Backend Skills: Experience with asynchronous programming and RESTful API development.
• Tools & Version Control: Proficiency with Git/GitHub.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years in full-stack development.
• Modern Frameworks: Experience with TypeScript and Next.js.
• Cloud/DevOps: Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS services.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
