Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled North Indian Cook to prepare authentic North Indian dishes while maintaining high standards of taste, quality, hygiene, and kitchen efficiency. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing curries, tandoori items, breads, and other North Indian specialties.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook North Indian dishes such as:
  • Butter Chicken
  • Paneer dishes
  • Dal varieties
  • Kebabs and Tandoori items
  • Naan, Roti, Kulcha, and Paratha
  • Biryani and Pulao
  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
  • Maintain food quality and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
  • Follow standard recipes and kitchen procedures.
  • Properly store food items and ingredients.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.
  • Minimize food wastage and control costs.
