Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate North Indian Commi 1 to handle our gravy, dal, and rice section efficiently. The candidate should have good knowledge of Indian cooking techniques, consistency in taste, hygiene standards, and kitchen operations.

  • Job Responsibilities:Prepare North Indian gravies, dals, pulao, biryani, and rice dishes.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
  • Handle daily kitchen prep efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
  • Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth service operations.
  • Monitor stock usage and minimize wastage.
  • Requirements:Minimum 3+ years experience in North Indian kitchen.
  • Good knowledge of commercial kitchen operations.
  • Ability to work in multi-dimensional restaurant environment.
  • Team player with disciplined work ethic.

Vegetarian kitchen experience will be preferred.
