Role Overview:As an Occupational Therapist at MangoTown, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality therapy services to children with special needs. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs tailored to each child's unique needs. Your expertise in occupational therapy techniques and your passion for making a positive impact will be instrumental in helping children achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate each child's functional abilities, strengths, and challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings, therapeutic goals, and evidence-based practices.Provide direct therapy services to children using a variety of occupational therapy techniques and modalities.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other members of the therapy team to ensure holistic care and continuity of services.
• Monitor and track progress, adjust therapy plans as needed, and document treatment outcomes accurately and timely.S
• tay updated on the latest research, best practices, and innovations in occupational therapy and incorporate them into clinical practice.
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid license or registration to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the respective state (e.g., West Bengal, Rajasthan).
• Minimum 1 years of experience working as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in pediatric or special needs settings.
• Strong clinical skills, including assessment, treatment planning, and intervention delivery.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a genuine desire to make a positive impact on children's lives.
• Ability to adapt to changing needs, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
