Job Description
✅ Key Responsibilities
☕ Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees and visitors.
🧹 Maintain cleanliness of office areas, pantry, meeting rooms, and workspaces.
📄 Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and document handling.
📦 Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and office supplies.
🏦 Visit banks for cheque collection, cheque deposits, and other banking-related tasks.
💰 Collect cheques, documents, and payments from clients, vendors, and business partners as required.
🚚 Deliver materials, samples, and office-related items to customers, vendors, and project sites.
🔑 Support office opening and closing activities.
🤝 Welcome visitors and assist them appropriately.
