Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Revenue Manager with at least 3 years of experience in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our Online Travel Agency (OTA) channels, optimizing room rates, and driving overall revenue growth for our hotel properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- OTA Management: Oversee all online distribution channels (MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Agoda, Goibibo, etc.), ensuring content accuracy, high visibility, and flawless inventory management.
- Dynamic Pricing: Develop and execute daily pricing strategies to maximize Average Daily Rate (ADR) and Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR).
- Rate Parity & Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing and maintain strict rate parity across all platforms.
- Campaign Optimization: Plan and execute OTA promotions, flash sales, and visibility booster programs during high and low seasons.
- Data & Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly revenue reports, track booking paces, and provide actionable insights to management.
- System Management: Ensure seamless synchronization between Channel Managers and the hotel PMS.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Hotel Revenue Manager or OTA Specialist.
- Strong established relationships with OTA market managers.
- Excellent command over numbers, Excel/Google Sheets, and data analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of hospitality software, PMS, and Channel Managers (e.g., STAAH, RateGain, SiteMinder).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
