An Operations Executive manages daily business activities, including logistics, supply chain, inventory, and process improvement to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. They bridge management strategy with ground-level execution, handling documentation, team coordination, and cost control. Common in logistics, manufacturing, and service sectors, these roles require strong communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations: Overseeing, managing, and optimizing daily workflows, including transportation and warehousing.
Process Improvement: Identifying bottlenecks and enhancing operational efficiency.
Documentation & Reporting: Handling necessary documentation, reporting, and data analysis to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Coordination & Communication: Liaising between internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
Resource Management: Allocating resources (budget, personnel) and managing inventory.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
