Job Description
We’re seeking a proactive Operations Associate to manage day-to-day field and on-ground operations for our driver aggregator platform. You’ll support drivers end-to-end, ensure smooth daily dispatch, and uphold service quality. This role requires rotational shifts and on-site mobility; candidates must own a bike and a valid driving license.
Requirements:
- Own a two-wheeler (bike) with valid driving license and required local permits.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts (including weekends and holidays).
- 1–3 years of on-ground operations or field support experience; freshers with strong drive may apply.
- Strong communication skills in local language and basic English; confident with phone and in-person interactions.
- Problem-solving mindset; calm under pressure with a customer-first approach.
- Comfortable with mobile apps, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools.
- Knowledge of local geography and routes.
