Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and monitor the work of property managers, housekeeping staff, and maintenance team
• Coordinate with HR and schedule interviews
• Ensure daily operations are executed as per defined SOPs
• Conduct regular checks on cleanliness, maintenance, and overall property standards
• Track and follow up on maintenance and operational issues until closure
• Share daily/weekly updates with founders and escalate issues when required
