Operations Executive

We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage the end-to-end execution of our daily e-commerce business. In this unique role, where traditional e-commerce meets spiritual commerce, you will ensure that product listings, temple-related operations, inventory, customer orders, deliveries, and vendor partnerships function smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, eager to learn, and thrives in fast-moving environments.

Key Duties

1. Product & Catalogue Management

• Ensure all product listings across our platforms are accurate, and up-to-date.
• Manage product details, including pricing, product quality, and packaging.
• Conduct regular audits of the live catalogue to maintain a seamless shopping experience for customers.

2. Temple-Related Operations

• Co-ordinate with temple authorities, and trusted vendors to source authentic spiritual products.
• Ensure all temple-related products are handled, packaged, and shipped with the utmost respect to maintain sanctity.
• Manage the backend operations for special puja bookings and direct-from-temple services.

3. Order & Fulfilment Operations

• Manage the complete order-to-delivery life-cycle.
• Co-ordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams.
• Track order accuracy, delivery duration, returns, and refunds.
• Resolve operational issues affecting customer experience.

4. Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels to avoid stock-outs and over-stocking.
• Plan re-ordering based on sales trends and data-driven predictions.
• Co-ordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement.
• Maintain inventory records and ageing reports.

5. Vendor & Partner Co-ordination

• Manage relationships with logistics partners, suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
• Track vendor performance on cost and quality.
• Assist with vendor on-boarding, negotiations, and issue resolution.

6. Cost Control & Reporting

• Track operational costs including shipping, packaging, and returns.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operations reports.
• Identify opportunities to optimize costs while ensuring our standardized quality.

7. Customer Support

• Support customer service teams with back-end issue resolution.
• Handle escalations related to delivery, refunds, replacements, and delays.
• Ensure timely closure of customer complaints.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and Reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and co-ordination skills.

Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 0 to 5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or process-driven roles.
• Freshers with a strong drive to learn are highly encouraged to apply.
• Experience with e-commerce is preferred.
