About the Role
We are looking for a smart, dependable, and practical team leader who can take ownership of daily operations, manage team members, and ensure work is completed correctly and on time.
This role is ideal for someone who:

- Follows instructions carefully

- Wants to grow into a leadership role
You will work closely with leadership based in the United States, gaining exposure to international clients, modern workflows, and startup-style operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily team tasks
- Ensure instructions are properly followed and completed
- Review team work before submission
- Coordinate with clients via email and calls
- Track deadlines and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain records using Excel / Google Sheets
- Solve problems and take initiative when issues arise
- Report progress and issues clearly to management
Required Skills
- Strong common sense and problem-solving ability
- Good spoken and written English
- Ability to follow instructions carefully
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer literacy (mandatory)
Must know:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Google Sheets
- Basic formulas in spreadsheets
- Email communication

- Engineering or technical background
- Experience managing a team
- Basic scripting or automation knowledge
- Experience in operations or coordination roles
