OUTBOUND TELESALES EXECUTIVE

We are hiring motivated Outbound Telesales Executives (Freshers & Experienced) to join our growing team. In this role, you will connect with international customers (Australian Market), introduce our products and services, and convert leads into successful sales across Energy, Insurance, and Telecom sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing international customers
• Identify customer needs and pitch suitable products/services
• Generate and qualify leads to create sales opportunities
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
• Follow up with prospects to close sales effectively
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience on every call
• Work Schedule – Monday to Friday (Fixed Morning Shift)- 6:00 am- 3:00 pm

Saturday: 6:00am- 12:00pm

Salary & Benefits

• ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 (based on experience & performance)

• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
• Minimum 6 months of experience in international outbound calling (preferred)
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle rejections and work under pressure
• Target-driven mindset with a positive attitude
