Ayurnnath Ayurveda is hiring Patient Care Executives for its Healthcare Support Team.

This is an Inbound Patient Calling Process where patients contact us regarding their health concerns. As a Patient Care Executive, you will communicate with patients, understand their concerns, provide general health guidance based on company training, and recommend suitable Ayurvedic wellness products whenever appropriate.

• Garia, Kolkata (Near Garia Railway Station)
• 💼 Job Type : Full-Time
• Work From Office

⏰ Office Timing : 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

(8 Hours Working + 1 Hour Break)

💰 Salary: ₹9,200/- Per Month

📋 Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming patient calls professionally.
• Listen carefully to patients' health concerns.
• Understand patient needs through effective communication.
• Provide general health guidance as per company training.
• Recommend suitable Ayurvedic wellness products based on patient requirements.
• Maintain patient interaction records and follow-up details.
• Deliver a professional, empathetic, and patient-focused experience.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate from any recognized university.
• Biology in Class XII is Mandatory.
• Medical students and healthcare graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication skills in Bengali.
• Hindi communication will be an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge.
