Job Title: Personal Secretary


Job Overview: We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Secretary to provide high-quality administrative and personal support. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for daily schedules, communications, and administrative tasks, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Organize, manage, and maintain daily calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and reminders.
  • Communication Handling: Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; draft professional responses and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange and manage travel logistics, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Documentation & Filing: Maintain an efficient digital and physical filing system, prepare reports, and take accurate minutes during meetings.
  • Task Prioritization: Act as a gatekeeper to protect time, ensuring critical tasks and deadlines are met.
  • Personal Assistance: Handle occasional personal errands, bookings, and administrative tasks as needed to streamline daily routines.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Organization: Strong time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Discretion: High level of integrity and confidentiality regarding sensitive business and personal information.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive attitude with the ability to think on your feet and work independently.
