Job Description
Job Title: Production Manager
Company: Maa Tara Enterprise
Job Summary:
Maa Tara Enterprise is looking for a responsible and experienced Production Manager to oversee daily production operations and ensure smooth workflow across all stages of manufacturing. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining efficiency, quality standards, and timely delivery of products. Occasional field work may also be required as part of operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities
- Supervise production staff and ensure efficient workflow
- Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other departments
- Ensure optimal use of manpower, machinery, and materials
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Implement safety standards and ensure compliance
- Troubleshoot production issues and take corrective actions
- Visit field locations when required for operational supervision or coordination
Working Hours:
- Monday to Saturday
- 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Lunch Break: 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM
- Sunday: Weekly Holiday
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Willingness to travel for occasional field work
