Job Description:

We are urgently looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our fly ash brick manufacturing plant in Madhyamgram. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in brick/block manufacturing and the ability to manage production targets, machinery, and workers independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise daily production to meet output and quality targets
• Manage raw material usage (fly ash, cement, sand/stone dust, gypsum/lime) and maintain proper mix ratios
• Oversee operation and routine maintenance of brick-making machines, pan mixers, and hydraulic presses
• Supervise plant workers, allocate shifts, and maintain discipline on the floor
• Ensure proper curing, stacking, and dispatch of finished bricks
• Maintain production records, stock registers, and report to management
• Ensure workplace safety and minimize wastage/breakage

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in production, preferably in a fly ash brick / concrete block / cement products plant
• Sound knowledge of manufacturing and machinery
• Ability to handle labour and manage production independently
• Basic record-keeping skills (registers/Excel preferred)
• Willingness to stay at the factory premises is mandatory (free accommodation provided)
