Job Description
Attention all Part Timers - Use your spare time to make money for selling / marketing Bank Auction Properties.
We are looking for people in the below areas
- North Kolkata,
- North 24 Parganas
- Howrah
- South 24 Parganas
Responsibilities will include
· Conduct property surveys of repossessed properties
· Survey shall include clicking photographs / videos of the property and surrounding area and upload the same in the Hecta app
· Assess properties for sale readiness by talking to the neighbours and identifying any dues.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED.
Ability to do productive business- professional relationships with the customers.
Highly motivated and target driven.
Excellent communication skills.
