Atmospheric Cooling Solution Pvt. Ltd. is a growing HVAC engineering company specializing in Air Conditioning Sales, Installation, AMC, Repairs, and Projects. We are authorized dealers and channel partners for leading brands including Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Hitachi, along with other reputed HVAC brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage store operations and inventory.
• Receive, inspect and issue HVAC materials.
• Maintain stock records and inventory accuracy.
• Raise purchase requirements.
• Obtain supplier quotations.
• Generate Purchase Orders.
• Coordinate with vendors.
• Track deliveries.
• Maintain GRNs and purchase documentation.
• Support service and project teams.
• Ensure stock availability.
• Reduce inventory loss and procurement costs.

Requirements

• 1–5 years experience in Store, Purchase or Inventory.
• HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical or Engineering background preferred.
• Knowledge of AC spare parts, tools and consumables is an advantage.
• Vendor management experience.
• MS Excel and ERP knowledge.
• Good communication.

What we need

• HVAC | Air Conditioning | Mechanical | Engineering | Facility Management | Industrial Equipment
• 1–5 years of experience in Store Management, Inventory Control, Purchase, or Supply Chain functions.
• Experience in HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering, Industrial Equipment, or Facility Management industries will be preferred.
• Familiarity with spare parts, tools, consumables, and technical inventory management is an added advantage.
• Experience working with vendors, transporters, and procurement processes.
