Job Description
We are looking for a Purchase Executive with experience in the pharmaceutical API industry.
- Responsibilities:Communicate effectively with clients and Indian manufacturers.
- Coordinate with pharmaceutical API manufacturers regarding procurement activities.
- Handle and review regulatory and quality documents such as:
- GMP certificates
- Product permissions
- Manufacturing licenses
- COA and other related documents
- Follow up on quotations, orders, and documentation.
- Maintain proper records and supplier coordination.
- Requirements:Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Experience in pharmaceutical API procurement or sourcing preferred.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical documentation and compliance procedures.
- Ability to coordinate with manufacturers and clients professionally.
- Basic computer and email handling skills.
