Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Networking:

Actively prospect and follow up on leads to build a robust pipeline of potential buyers and sellers.

• Property Showings: Schedule and conduct site visits, providing detailed information on property features, neighborhood amenities, and market value.
• Negotiation: Mediate negotiations between buyers and sellers, striving for the best possible terms for your clients while maintaining professional integrity.
• Market Analysis: Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values and stay updated on local real estate trends.
• Documentation: Assist clients in preparing and submitting necessary paperwork, including purchase agreements, lease contracts, and closing statements.
• Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with past clients to build a referral-based network.
• Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Proven track record in sales (Real Estate experience preferred but not mandatory for high-performing sales professionals).

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Resilience: A self-starter mindset with the persistence to handle a fast-paced, commission-based environment.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools for property listings.
• Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the local geography and housing market.
