Sales Executive – Real Estate Sales

We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Sales Executives to join our growing real estate sales company in Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through various channels including calls, references, and site activities
• Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and convert leads into site visits and bookings
• Conduct site visits and provide detailed project presentations to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain proper documentation and update CRM with client interactions
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closures

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Real Estate Sales is mandatory
• 1–3 years of experience in sales (real estate preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Kolkata real estate market (Rajarhat, New Town preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven with a proactive approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
